ABD vatanda\u015f\u0131 ile evlenirsem, \u00fclke i\u00e7inden Green Card s\u00fcrecine ge\u00e7i\u015f yapabilir miyim?\u201d<\/b><\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"4\">Bu sorunun tek bir cevab\u0131 yok. Her g\u00f6\u00e7menlik dosyas\u0131 kendi i\u00e7inde farkl\u0131 bir ge\u00e7mi\u015fe ve hukuki duruma sahip. Baz\u0131 ki\u015filer ABD\u2019ye vizeyle giri\u015f yapt\u0131ktan sonra iltica ba\u015fvurusunda bulunur; baz\u0131lar\u0131 s\u0131n\u0131rdan gelerek parole kapsam\u0131nda \u00fclkeye kabul edilirken, baz\u0131lar\u0131 ise bond ile serbest b\u0131rak\u0131larak s\u00fcrece devam eder. Ayr\u0131ca baz\u0131 dosyalar g\u00f6\u00e7menlik mahkemesinde devam ederken, baz\u0131lar\u0131 USCIS nezdinde ilerler.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"5\">Bu nedenle konuyu tek bir c\u00fcmleyle a\u00e7\u0131klamak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. S\u00fcre\u00e7 do\u011fru \u015fekilde ve ad\u0131m ad\u0131m de\u011ferlendirildi\u011finde, hangi durumda hangi se\u00e7ene\u011fin m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011fu \u00e7ok daha net ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar.<\/p><h2 data-path-to-node=\"6\"><strong>\u00d6nce Temel Kural\u0131 Koyal\u0131m<\/strong><\/h2><p data-path-to-node=\"7\">ABD i\u00e7inde, yani \u00fclke d\u0131\u015f\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kmadan evlilik yoluyla Green Card alabilmek i\u00e7in ki\u015finin <strong>ABD\u2019ye hukuken \u201ckabul edilmi\u015f\u201d olmas\u0131 gerekir.<\/strong> Bu genellikle iki \u015fekilde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fir:<\/p><ul data-path-to-node=\"8\"><li><p data-path-to-node=\"8,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"8,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Yasal giri\u015f:<\/b> Ki\u015finin ABD\u2019ye ge\u00e7erli bir vize ile resmi olarak giri\u015f yapm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"8,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"8,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Parole ile kabul:<\/b> Ki\u015finin ABD\u2019ye parole stat\u00fcs\u00fcyle al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-path-to-node=\"9\">Bu iki hukuki zeminden biri mevcutsa, ki\u015fi \u00e7o\u011fu durumda Green Card s\u00fcrecini ABD i\u00e7inde y\u00fcr\u00fctme imk\u00e2n\u0131na sahip olabilir. Ancak bir\u00e7ok ki\u015fi bu kategorilerin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in s\u00fcre\u00e7 daha karma\u015f\u0131k bir h\u00e2le gelebilmektedir.<\/p><h2 data-path-to-node=\"11\"><strong>Vizeyle Gelip Sonradan \u0130ltica Edenlerin Evlili\u011fi<\/strong><\/h2><p data-path-to-node=\"12\">Bu grup genellikle<strong> en avantajl\u0131 kategori<\/strong> olarak de\u011ferlendirilir.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"12\">Ki\u015fi ABD\u2019ye turist vizesi veya ba\u015fka bir yasal vize t\u00fcr\u00fcyle giri\u015f yapm\u0131\u015f, ard\u0131ndan iltica ba\u015fvurusunda bulunmu\u015ftur.
