Before transferring a property, a title company is supposed to check for all liens on the property owned by a judgment debtor, of which your recorded judgment will be one. Under normal circumstances, you will be paid through the escrow. If for whatever reason the title company neglects to ensure that you are paid, you should speak with your attorney on further steps. These steps may involve recourse against the title company and potentially even the new owner of the property.
