Lat J. Celmins is licensed to practice law in Arizona. Mr. Celmins graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Michigan in 1965 and received his Law Degree cum laude from Wayne State University in 1969. Mr. Celmins is admitted to practice before the U.S. Federal Court and many U.S. Federal Courts of Appeals, as well as the U.S. Supreme Court. He represented Blaze Construction before the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Celmins was employed for 15 years as Senior Attorney for the Greyhound Corporation. He has testified before U.S. House and Senate Committees and presented winning arguments in numerous U.S. Courts of Appeal. He was the City Attorney for the City of Williams, AZ for 12 years. He has successfully represented clients in high profile cases and has obtained seven figure jury verdicts in a civil case. Lat focuses his practice in real estate law, complex commercial litigation, transportation law, general commercial and corporate law.
